I’m a user experience researcher working in Ottawa for the Government of Canada. I have a knack for helping big policy and tech teams understand the needs of everyday people.
I spend a lot of time asking questions, contemplating complex problems, and analyzing behaviour. I am fascinated with the ways humans interact with technology and I’m passionate about designing services to improve people’s lives.
In my spare time, you’ll find me running by the river, reading, or organizing social events for my Human Centred Design fam.
